I very enjoyed working with Sara to select the right traverse rod for my high ceiling family room. Sara is very professional, kind and extremely patient. I went to her workroom many times and still not sure what I want. She guided me to select the traverse rod and also suggested me to bring the color chips to home, it really helped me a lot. I’m very happy about the selected rod and the installation service.
